The Weston Fury SC players who had been selected for the State ODP teams, attended Region III ODP camp in July in Mississippi (Boys) and Alabama (Girls). The best players came from all over the South to not only compete against each other for spots on the Region III team and potential National camp selection but also to receive coaching from some of the top coaches in the US. Carlos Parra WFSC Boys Director was one of the esteemed coaches in attendance.

Brian James and Matthew Muralles (U14) along with Chrissy Gratz (U16) and Samantha Wright (U17) have been selected to the Region III team with James and Muralles being invited to attend the ODP National Camp in MA July 30th – August 5th. This is a huge achievement as selection is made from a large talent pool. Not only will these Weston players will now represent Region III, they also have a shot at representing their birth year for the .

Also in attendance at the Region III Camp were Brian Sylvestre, Manuel Gonzales, Mario Uribe and Lindsey Bragg.
