2011 Weston Cup Soccer Tournament
All Teams are required to send a representative to tournament registration. This is mandatory.
Please note: We will have three pre-tournament team check-in evenings.

Tuesday, February 15 between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm at Weston Regional Park. All WESTON FC teams are required to register on this date. This registration date is only for Weston FC teams. Registration will be held at the "soccer building" which is located near fields 1 and 2, which is in the southwest corner of the park.
Thursday, February 17 between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm at Weston Regional Park. All Palm Beach, Broward and Dade teams are required to register on this date. Registration will be held at the "soccer building" which is located near fields 1 and 2, which is in the southwest corner of the park.
Friday, February 18 between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm at Weston Regional Park. All out-of-state, international, non-Palm Beach, Broward, and non-Dade teams are required to register on this date. Registration will be held at the "soccer building" which is located near fields 1 and 2, which is in the southwest corner of the park.

In order to make the registration process as smooth as possible please have all player passes, medical releases and rosters in alphabetical order.
ROSTERS: Bring the original and5 copies (6 in total). Acceptable rosters are:
US Club roster, State Generated roster. Guest player forms must be attached to the state generated roster and signed by the guest player’s Club Registrar. Please also handwrite the guests on the state generated roster. Without a correctly executed guest player form the guest player may not be able to play.

Please note, if teams use FYSA state generated rosters and are using guest players from within their club then they need an FYSA Event Roster, which can be obtained through their club registrar. This event roster will automatically list their guest players at the bottom of the roster. They do not need guest player forms for in club guest players. If they are using guest players from outside the club then guest player forms must be attached to the state generated roster and be signed if required. The newest form is computer generated and pre-signed by state registrar. For outside guest players they also need to hand write in the guest(s)’ information on the state generated roster.For teams using non-club guest players their names will need to be hand written in the guest players’ information on the state generated roster.
PLEASE NOTE: LEAGUE ROSTERS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE ROSTERS.
PERMISSION TO TRAVEL: Teams coming from outside the state Florida, including international teams will need a “Permission to Travel” from their USYS State Association and or Governing Bodies (international teams). This does not apply to US teams using US Club Soccer passes and rosters.
MEDICAL RELEASE FORM: Every rostered player must have a notarized medical release at check in. You may use the current forms you are using for travel as long as they are notarized. Please organize in alphabetical order to insure a smooth check in process
COACHES & PLAYER PASSES: All coaches & players must have valid, laminated player passes with the necessary signatures & picture. Please place these on a ring binder and have them in name order based on the roster to ensure a smooth check in process.
EMERGENCY CONTACT FORM: To be kept on file by tournament committee so that in the event of inclement weather or an emergency we can contact coaches and team managers at their hotel, home or cell.
Pre-Game Check In: Teams are not required to check in before their games but are welcome to go to the check in tent if they need to clarify anything. Coaches or Team Managers are responsible for giving the referees their passes and a stamped approved roster at the start of the game (referees do not need to be paid a game fee as that is part of the tournament fee). Please remember that any team arriving 15 minutes after their designated kick off will be subject to a forfeit.
